The Enterprise Accounts role at Info Edge India Ltd involves managing and developing relationships with key business clients in the Pune region. The primary focus is on driving revenue growth through strategic account management and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with understanding client needs, proposing customized solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular account reviews, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and providing feedback to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in Pune.
- Understand clients' business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
