About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Enterprise Account Manager
to own and grow relationships with our key enterprise clients. This role is focused on maximizing revenue through strategic account management, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and long-term client retention. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives and decision-makers, ensuring our solutions continuously deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the
primary relationship owner
for enterprise accounts, addressing client needs, escalations, and business priorities.
Drive revenue growth
by identifying, developing, and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
Acquire and expand enterprise accounts to contribute directly to
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth
.
Build and nurture
C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
, positioning our solutions as essential to their business success.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
Conduct
quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
and performance check-ins with clients to measure ROI, strengthen partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
Lead the
implementation of new enterprise clients
, including system setup, training, and ongoing engagement.
Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to ensure high retention and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and market needs to support continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For
:
2+ years of experience
in B2B SaaS account management, enterprise sales, or client success with a proven record of revenue growth.
Strong
consultative selling skills
and the ability to position solutions to address client pain points.
Demonstrated ability to
engage and influence C-level executives
and senior decision-makers.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through
upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
with the ability to craft compelling value propositions.
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and sales engagement platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
Flexibility to work across time zones and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred: Experience in
cloud technology, IT/ITeS, or enterprise SaaS
industries.
