Key Account Manager
(KAM) to strengthen our client partnerships and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
Identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic business solutions.
Oversee end-to-end dropshipping operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and present insights for improvement.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Proven experience in account management, e-commerce, or dropshipping.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of platforms like AliExpress or Oberlo will be an added advantage.
