The Role: Digital Transformation Lead
We are looking for a
Solutions-Oriented Closer
who can navigate the complexities of Enterprise IT. You won't just be selling "services"; you will be pitching the future of business efficiency. You must be comfortable discussing
Cloud Scalability
with a CTO and
Operational ROI
with a CEO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Migration & Infrastructure (The Foundation)
Cloud Strategy:
Consult with SMEs and Large Corporates to migrate their local infrastructure to secure Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Private Cloud).
Service Architecture:
Pitch and close contracts for SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) integrations that streamline business operations.
2. AI & Business Automation (The Future)
AI Transformation:
Identify "low-hanging fruit" for AI implementation within client organizations to automate manual processes and reduce overhead.
Custom Development:
Lead the sales cycle for advanced Web, App, and Core Software projects, ensuring every solution is "Cloud-Native."
3. Strategic Pipeline Management
Account Acquisition:
Lead high-impact outreach to SMEs and NGOs, positioning LawCrust as their Digital Transformation partner.
Consultative Demos:
Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations that address specific business pain points, maintaining a 30%-35% conversion rate from Demo to Close.
Relationship Velocity:
Ensure rapid, high-touch follow-ups for all inbound enterprise inquiries.
Who You Are
The Tech-Savvy Strategist:
You understand the difference between basic hosting and a scalable Cloud-First ecosystem. You can speak fluently about AI, Automation, and SaaS ROI.
The B2B Specialist:
You have 2-5 years of experience in IT/Software sales. You know how to manage long-cycle enterprise deals and handle technical objections.
The Revenue Driver:
You have a "Founder's Mindset." You are motivated by high-ticket deals and an uncapped incentive structure that rewards "High-Value Hunters."
Local Knowledge:
Based in or around Navi Mumbai with the ability to conduct on-site consultations across the MMR.
