Evaluate, diagnose, and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery
Tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, cochlear implant-related procedures
Head and neck surgeries as per training and privileges
Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and emergency consultations
Interpret diagnostic tests such as audiometry, endoscopy, imaging, and laboratory results
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative care to surgical patients
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists
Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with hospital and legal standards
Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance protocols
Participate in on-call rotations and manage ENT emergencies as required
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, or allied health staff (if applicable)
Engage in continuous medical education, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
