Job Summary:

To attend OPD, IPD & Procedure under the department of ENT

Key Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

Conduct outpatient consultations and ward rounds for admitted patients.

Perform ENT surgeries such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, Tracheostomy and other relevant procedures.

Interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms, nasal endoscopy, and imaging reports.

Provide emergency ENT care for trauma, bleeding, and airway obstruction cases.

Coordinate with anesthetists, radiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient management.

Educate patients on preventive care and post-operative follow-up.

Participate in clinical meetings, CME programs, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification:

MS / DNB from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of post-qualification experience as an ENT Consultant or Specialist in a hospital setup.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent clinical and surgical skills.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and patient counseling skills.

Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.

Compassionate and ethical approach toward patient care.

Proficiency in using hospital information systems and EMRs.

Should be able to do routine to complex surgeries independently.
