Key Responsibilities

Call and counsel prospective students and parents daily--understand their needs, answer queries, and guide them to the right course Drive enrollments through

persistent follow-ups

, smart persuasion, and trust-building Conduct home visits, school sessions, and walk-in consultations to boost conversions Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns, seminars, and awareness drives Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker with 100% accuracy Meet or exceed

monthly enrollment targets

? What You Need to Succeed

1-3 years

of experience in student counseling, academic sales, or admissions (preferred) Fluent in

English and Kannada

(Hindi is a plus) Strong communication + empathy + persuasion = Ideal Team Mate Field-ready mindset: willing to

visit homes, schools

, and interact face-to-face Organized, outcome-focused, and not afraid of rejection Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication Be the
