Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, in-person, or video meets
Conduct
daily tele-calling
to follow up on inquiries and convert leads
Schedule and manage
home visits
, seminars, and walk-ins when required
Build deep rapport with students, understand their career goals, and suggest the right CLAT prep strategy
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to execute campaigns, tests, and orientation events
Maintain a daily lead tracker and conversion report

? You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have
1-3 years
of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or sales (education sector preferred)
Are fluent in
English and Kannada
; Hindi is a bonus
