We are seeking a target-driven and student-focused Enrollment Officer to manage the admission and onboarding process for our learners. The role involves guiding prospective students through course selection, admission procedures, and enrollment formalities while ensuring a smooth and positive experience in the EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about programs. Counsel prospective students on course offerings, eligibility, and career pathways. Guide students and parents through the entire admission process, from application to enrollment. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Maintain updated student records in CRM/ERP systems. Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction during the admission stage.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

admissions, sales, academic counseling, or EdTech services

(freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
