to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, helping them make informed decisions about their educational future. This position blends academic guidance with consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Educational Programs
: Present and explain course offerings effectively to potential students and parents.
Convert Leads to Enrolments
: Proactively follow up with inquiries and guide prospects through the enrolment journey.
Achieve Enrolment Targets
: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly enrolment goals.
Build Trust-Based Relationships :
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with students and their families.
Maintain CRM Records :
Accurately document lead interactions, communication history, and conversion metrics in the CRM systems.
Qualifications :
A
Bachelor's degree
from a recognized institution.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills.
Self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in
tele sales or academic counselling
is a plus (but not mandatory).
