Role Overview

The Enrollment Advisor plays a critical frontline role in driving program enrollments at UniAthena. This position involves guiding prospective learners through the decision-making journey, understanding their academic and career goals, and recommending suitable programs across postgraduate and doctoral offerings. The role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, learner empathy, and outcome ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual consultations to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and learning needs. Clearly explain UniAthena's programs, value proposition, outcomes, and learning model to enable informed enrollment decisions. Convert qualified leads into enrollments by applying a structured, consultative sales approach rather than transactional selling. Follow up consistently with prospective learners, addressing objections, clarifying concerns, and guiding them through documentation and payment processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM. Coordinate closely with Admissions, Academics, Finance, and Student Support teams to ensure a smooth pre- and post-enrollment experience. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high service quality and learner satisfaction. Stay updated on program offerings, admission criteria, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve advisory quality. Collect and share learner feedback and market insights with internal teams to refine messaging and enrollment strategies.
