Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents through structured inbound and outbound calls using our in-house lead database.
Understand students' academic goals, challenges, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable learning programs.
Present Xylem Learning's offerings in a clear, persuasive, and confident manner.
Deliver personalised academic counselling to build trust and long-term relationships.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, promotions, and industry trends.
Share feedback and insights to enhance lead generation strategies and the overall student experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
Proven ability to achieve or surpass enrolment/sales targets.
