Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls using our in-house database.
Understand students' academic interests, challenges, and career aspirations to suggest the most suitable commerce programs.
Clearly communicate program details, schedules, and the unique value offered by Xylem Learning.
Provide personalised counselling to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Convert leads into successful enrolments by meeting and exceeding monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and student details in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or education sales is an advantage but not required.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students are welcome to apply.
