Your Key Functions
:
Daily Enrollment Journey Support
Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings
Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey
Application & Admission Guidance
Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues
Support pre- & post-admission requirements
Collaborate closely with the
Marketing
and
Admissions
teams to ensure a smooth process
Requirements
:
Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center.
Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening.
Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices.
English C1.
