Job Description

Job Summary:


As an Enrollment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective students to provide them with comprehensive information about our programs, address their concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your primary goal will be to help individuals make informed decisions about their education while achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Communication:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to prospective students who have shown interest in our programs.

Program Information:

Provide detailed information about program offerings, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career outcomes.

Relationship Building:

Build rapport with potential students by understanding their educational and career goals, and offering personalized guidance.

Enrollment Guidance:

Assist prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.

Objection Handling:

Address objections and concerns effectively, providing solutions to help students make informed decisions.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on program changes, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in education or enrollment services is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into enrollments. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or office environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
