Xylem Learning is seeking passionate and commerce-focused Academic Counsellors to join our vibrant counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents through informed academic decisions while showcasing the value of our learning programs. By blending academic insights with consultative sales strategies, you will directly drive enrolments and support students in achieving long-term academic success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.
Understand each student's academic goals, challenges, and interests to recommend suitable commerce programs.
Effectively communicate program details, schedules, and the unique advantages of Xylem Learning.
Deliver personalised academic counselling to build trust and foster long-term student relationships.
Achieve or exceed monthly enrolment targets by converting potential leads into admissions.
Accurately maintain student interaction records, follow-ups, and progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
Experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or within the education sector is preferred, but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
