Job Description

AAKASH FERTILITY HOSPITAL WANTED IMMEDIATE JOINER

NURSE - FEMALE

Administer medications

as prescribed. Taking care of Ward - IP and ICU / OT Scrubing

Monitor vital signs

(e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, temperature).

Assist with activities of daily living

(e.g., bathing, feeding, mobility).

Perform wound care

, catheterization, and other basic nursing procedures.

Assess patients' conditions

and report changes to doctors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

patient records

. Document

nursing assessments

, care plans, and interventions. Record

medication administration

and patient responses.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
