Key Responsibilities:



Attend and respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.



Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.



Maintain records of all enquiries and follow up as required.



Coordinate with the sales/operations team to convert enquiries into leads.



Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.



Prepare reports on enquiry trends and customer feedback.



Maintain a professional and positive image of the organization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma / Graduate



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers patiently.



Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems).



Customer service orientation with attention to detail.



Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
