Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct thorough initial linguistic assessments to accurately determine a student's proficiency level, learning style, and specific areas for advanced development.
Goal Setting: Collaborate with students to establish ambitious, quantifiable, and time-bound learning objectives.
Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student progress, administering regular formative and summative assessments and providing insightful constructive feedback on complex assignments.
Resource Curation: Identify and integrate cutting-edge language learning technologies, digital tools, and authentic literary/professional resources into the teaching process.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports for students/parents/management highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
Master's degree in English or PhD / Doctorate in English
2+ years of teaching experience (online or offline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
