Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Online English Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily live group sessions (1 hour) and personalized student follow-up calls (10-15 mins each) to enhance communication, fluency, and confidence in English learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-hour live group English sessions focusing on speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and real-life communication. Make 10-15 minute individual calls to students for fluency checks, and personalized support. Track students' progress and provide constructive, motivating feedback. Use engaging, interactive methods (role-plays, storytelling, Q&A) during sessions. Maintain a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom environment. Collaborate with the content and operations team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

1. Excellent command over spoken and written English

2. Confident and clear communication skills

3. Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet and digital tools

4. Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach.

5. Ability to motivate and encourage learners from different backgrounds.

6. Ability to deliver engaging storytelling or communication-based activities

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
