Job Title: English Trainer cum Soft Skills Trainer Company: VIVACRISTO International Study Abroad Location: vytilla kundannor NH Road kochi Employment Type: Full-time : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Trainer cum Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring individuals to enhance their English language proficiency and soft skills, enabling them to excel both personally and professionally. This position requires creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills to engage learners effectively. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive English language training programs tailored to the needs of diverse learners, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum and learning materials that promote active participation and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate learners\' language proficiency levels and track their progress over time.
- Integrate soft skills training components such as interpersonal communication, leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills into the curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them overcome language barriers and enhance their communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on learner feedback and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in language teaching and soft skills training to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment results for reporting purposes.
- Bachelor\'s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an English language trainer and soft skills trainer, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate learners of various backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with learners.
- Creative and adaptable teaching style with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom technologies is desirable.
