Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

English Trainer

who is proficient in

Indian Sign Language (ISL)

and experienced in working with

Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)

and underserved communities. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive and inclusive English language sessions, ensuring accessibility and effective learning for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct English language training sessions for diverse groups. Use ISL effectively to communicate and teach learners with hearing impairments. Design and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of PwDs and underserved learners. Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Indian Sign Language (ISL). Prior experience in training/teaching, especially with PwDs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and ability to adapt teaching methods as per learners' needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
