Job Description

1. Communication & Language Training Conduct interactive English sessions for employees to improve speaking, writing, and professional communication. Focus on practical skills like email writing, presentations, client communication, and soft skills. 2. Customized Learning Design short, impactful modules based on team requirements. Adapt lessons for different levels and learning styles within a fast-paced environment. 3. Assessment & Feedback Track employee progress through quizzes, role-plays, and assignments. Provide actionable feedback to boost confidence and language proficiency. 4. Engagement & Motivation Use creative methods (games, discussions, videos) to make learning fun and interactive. Encourage team participation and help overcome communication barriers. 5. Support Growth Assist teams in preparing for client calls, pitches, and presentations. Act as a mentor for continuous learning and professional communication improvement. 6. Startup-Friendly Administration Coordinate sessions in a flexible schedule without disrupting work. Maintain minimal but effective documentation of progress and results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
