About the Role
We are looking for a
highly skilled English Language Trainer
who can teach Spoken English, Grammar, Communication Skills, and also prepare students for
IELTS, TOEFL, GRE (Verbal), and PTE
, along with training learners in
Accented English (Neutral Accent / British / American accent softening)
.
The ideal candidate must be student-focused, result-driven, and capable of delivering high score improvements and communication transformation.
Key Responsibilities1. English Language & Accent Training
Teach Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, Business Communication.
Provide
Accented English training
:
Accent neutralization
Pronunciation improvement
Intonation, stress, rhythm practice
Exposure to British & American accents
Conduct practical speaking drills and role-plays to improve fluency and clarity.
2. IELTS / TOEFL / PTE Coaching
Teach all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking.
Conduct regular mock tests and give detailed feedback.
Prepare students for
IELTS Band 7+
, TOEFL 95+, PTE 65+ scores.
3. GRE Verbal Training
Teach Reading Comprehension, Text Completion, Sentence Equivalence.
Improve students' analytical writing skills and vocabulary strength.
Provide exam-oriented strategies and timed practice.
4. Content Development & Assessments
Prepare lesson plans, Worksheets, Study materials & Mock tests.
Track student progress and recommend personalized improvement plans.
Maintain teaching quality and performance consistency.
5. Student Engagement & Support
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide one-on-one mentoring when needed.
Counsel students on exam patterns, improvement areas, and study strategies.
Ensure high satisfaction and retention through interactive training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English / Education / Linguistics (preferred).
Minimum 2 years experience
teaching English or test-prep programs.
Strong command over Spoken English, Grammar, and Pronunciation.
Experience in
accent training / accent neutralization
is mandatory.
Successful track record of preparing students for IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/GRE.
Certifications like
CELTA / TESOL / TEFL
are a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to teach both
online and offline
effectively.
