To strengthen our sales and marketing team, we are hiring a
fluent English Telecaller
who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT and Zoho solutions.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to prospects.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with clients via phone and email .
Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure proper documentation of interactions..
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
School Education Board should be CBSE or ICSE
Experience:
0-2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
Ability to explain services in a simple, customer-friendly way.
Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (will be a plus)
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
