English Telecaller
to handle customer inquiries, promote Dubai property projects, and support the sales team with high-quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients.
Provide detailed information about Dubai property projects.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems.
Deliver excellent communication and customer service over the phone.
Requirements
Must be
fluent in English
(spoken).
Strong communication and listening skills.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred.
Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
