We are looking for a
fluent English-speaking Telecaller
who can effectively communicate with our customers and support our sales and service operations.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English
Provide product and service information to customers
Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain call logs and update customer records
Support sales and marketing campaigns over the phone
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
Friendly and confident phone manner
Basic computer skills (emails, CRM data entry)
Ability to work full-time from our Alappuzha corporate office
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
