We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

English Teacher

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in teaching

CBSE curriculum

with strong command over the language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Focus on building students'

reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills

. Encourage critical thinking, creative writing, and effective communication among students. Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate language learning with other subjects. Organize and participate in school events, literary activities, debates, and competitions. Interact with parents to discuss students' progress and address academic concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or related discipline. B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools). Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication. Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills. Ability to use innovative teaching aids, digital tools, and activity-based learning methods. Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
