Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging English language lessons for pre-primary students, focusing on developing language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate. Employ a variety of teaching techniques and resources, including storytelling, games, songs, and interactive activities, to make learning enjoyable and effective. Assess student progress regularly through informal observations and formal assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement integrated curriculum activities that promote language development across different subjects. Establish strong communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, address any concerns, and provide suggestions for supporting learning at home. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies to enhance the quality of instruction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred. Proven experience teaching English to young learners, particularly in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting. Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children and create a nurturing learning environment. Creativity and resourcefulness in designing engaging lesson plans and activities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively. Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students and accommodate different learning styles. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
