Technosters Technologies is looking for a passionate and energetic

English Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and a flair for teaching students and professionals in enhancing their spoken English and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on

spoken English

,

grammar

, and

soft skills

. Help students build

confidence in public speaking

,

group discussions

, and

interviews

. Design training material, assignments, and assessments. Track student progress and provide regular feedback. Create a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Basic understanding of grammar rules and teaching methods. Confident and patient while dealing with learners. A graduate in any discipline (preferably English, B.A./M.A. in English). Passion for teaching and mentoring.
