We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach Grade nursery to grade 1 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster a love for reading, writing, and communication among young learners through engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods. B.Ed. degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong subject knowledge and relevant teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary as per CBSE guidelines
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and child-friendly lessons
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and learning activities aligned with curriculum objectives
Assess student progress through assignments, classwork, and formative assessments
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents
Encourage creativity, storytelling, reading habits, and effective communication
Participate in school activities, meetings, trainings, and events
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety and well-being
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English or any relevant discipline
B.Ed. degree is
optional
Knowledge of CBSE curriculum for primary classes is preferred
Strong command of spoken and written English

Ability to connect with young children and nurture their learning needs

Experience:
