Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a solid understanding of grammar and writing mechanics, and a commitment to helping students develop their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. Whether you're teaching young learners or adults, your goal is to foster a love of language and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners. Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, essay writing, and oral communication. Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and participation. Provide timely feedback and individual support to students. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive, respectful learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and administration. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred for some positions). Minimum [0-2] years of teaching experience (preferred, but not always required). Excellent written and spoken English skills. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (for ESL positions). Experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English as a foreign language (EFL). Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams). Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and needs.
