Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic educator who can serve a dual purpose: teaching the English academic curriculum to senior students and acting as a specialized

Study Abroad Trainer

. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the English language with specific experience in coaching students for standardized tests (IELTS/PTE/Duolingo) and preparing them for UK/International university admissions and credibility interviews.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic English Teaching (CBSE/Cambridge)

Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons for High School students. Focus on grammar, advanced vocabulary, and creative writing skills. Prepare students for board exams with rigorous practice and assessment.

2. Standardized Test Preparation (IELTS / PTE / Duolingo)

Conduct specialized coaching classes for students aspiring to study abroad. Teach strategies for all modules:

Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

. Conduct mock tests (computer-based and paper-based) to simulate actual exam conditions. Identify weak areas in students' language proficiency and provide remedial sessions.

3. University & Visa Interview Preparation (UK Focus)

Credibility Interviews:

Train students to confidently answer questions regarding their choice of university, course modules, and career aspirations for UK Pre-CAS interviews.

Loan & Finance Interviews:

Prepare students for education loan interviews by teaching them how to articulate their financial plans, repayment strategies, and ROI (Return on Investment) to bank officers. Conduct mock interview drills to remove hesitation and build confidence.

4. Documentation & SOP Support

Assist students in drafting and editing their Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs).

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

M.A. in English / B.Ed is mandatory (for the school teaching component). Certification in IELTS/PTE Training (e.g., British Council Train the Trainer) is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a PGT English Teacher. Proven track record of training students for IELTS/PTE/Duolingo with high band scores. Knowledge of the UK University admission process and Tier-4 Visa interview questions.

Skills:

Excellent command of British and American English accents/conventions. Ability to switch between academic teaching and competitive coaching styles. Familiarity with financial terminology to assist with Loan Interview prep.
