dynamic and experienced English Head

to lead the Secondary School English Department and drive academic excellence.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the English Department for the Secondary School Plan, implement, and monitor the English curriculum as per CBSE standards Mentor, guide, and support English faculty members Ensure effective teaching-learning practices and academic outcomes Oversee lesson planning, assessments, and examinations Promote reading, writing, and language enrichment programs Coordinate with school leadership and communicate with parents as required

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate in English (B.Ed mandatory) Proven experience teaching English at the Secondary School level Prior experience as English Head / Senior English Teacher preferred Strong academic leadership and classroom management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary:

As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
