A HOPE CLASSES is a renowned institution of higher learning, committed to providing quality education to students. We are seeking an experienced and qualified English Faculty to join our team.

We are looking for an English Faculty to teach and develop curriculum for English language and literature courses. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English language and literature courses to undergraduate students

- Develop and implement curriculum for English courses

- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars

- Assess student performance and provide feedback

- Engage in research and scholarly activities to enhance teaching and learning

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the English department

- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental initiatives

Requirements:

- Master's & Bachelor's degree in English language and literature

- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level

- Excellent teaching and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of English language and literature

- Ability to develop and implement curriculum

- Commitment to research and scholarly activities

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience with curriculum development and implementation

- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital pedagogies

- Experience with assessment and evaluation methods

- Publication record in reputable academic journals

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
