Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to non-native speakers across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
Design and prepare a
structured ESL curriculum
aligned with learning goals
Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and speaking activities
Conduct grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking sessions
Adapt teaching methods based on
student learning speed and backgrounds
Track student progress and maintain academic performance records
Conduct regular
evaluations, tests, and feedback sessions
Improve students'
spoken fluency, pronunciation, and confidence
Coordinate with academic heads and school management for syllabus planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Literature, Linguistics, or related fields
4-8 years of proven experience
in teaching English
Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication
Strong experience in
curriculum development and lesson planning
Ability to create structured, engaging lessons
Experience teaching mixed-level learners is an advantage
