Job Purpose:

To plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that foster language proficiency, creativity, and a love for reading and writing among primary students, in alignment with the school's curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver daily English lessons integrating listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning and curiosity. Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learner needs. Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance student engagement. Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records of achievement. Provide feedback to students and parents through reports and meetings. Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning and co-curricular activities. Ensure classroom management, discipline, and adherence to school policies. Participate in school events, assemblies, and professional development sessions. Support students' overall development and well-being.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of English (spoken and written). Ability to engage young learners creatively and effectively. Classroom management and communication skills. Familiarity with inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches. Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with B.Ed. in English or Elementary Education. * 2-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or CBSE/IB curriculum schools.
