Experience:

5+ years (CBSE experience preferred)

Role Purpose

To deliver high-quality English instruction that builds strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while nurturing confident communicators and lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and teach English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum Teach Phonics, Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Creative Writing, and Spoken English Use innovative, activity-based and experiential teaching methods Integrate smart boards and digital learning tools in daily lessons Assess, evaluate, and document student progress Provide regular feedback to students and parents Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment Participate in school events, competitions, and professional development programs Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent spoken and written English Strong classroom management skills Passion for teaching and mentoring children Knowledge of NEP 2020 and Bloom's Taxonomy (preferred) Creative, patient, and student-focused approach
