Job Summary:

Central Academy School, Phalodi is looking for a dedicated and skilled

English Teacher

to teach students at the

Primary / Middle / Secondary level

. The ideal candidate should have strong language proficiency, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature as per the CBSE/State curriculum Develop lesson plans focusing on

grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills

Encourage effective communication and critical thinking among students Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on students' performance Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Support students in improving pronunciation, comprehension, and writing skills Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate

in English

B.Ed

is mandatory Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong subject command may apply) Excellent command over

spoken and written English

Knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an added advantage
