Post : English Teacher (PGT) Experience : 3-4 Years Job type : Full Time Location : Buttibori Nagpur Salary : 25 k to 30 k We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our team.. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to our students and ensuring their academic success. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. - Deliver effective and interactive English language instruction to students in a classroom setting. - Assess and evaluate students\' progress through various methods such as tests, quizzes, and assignments. - Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills. - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement strategies to support student learning and achievement. - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on students\' progress and address any concerns. - Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques in English language instruction. - Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. - Adhere to school policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of students\' attendance and grades. Requirements: - A post-graduate degree in English or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English language instruction. - Strong knowledge of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes. - Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and the school. - Valid teaching certification is preferred.
