Lesson Planning and Instruction:

Design and implement creative lesson plans, incorporating various literary genres, grammar rules, and writing techniques to meet curriculum standards.

Skill Development:

Teach students foundational English skills, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, sentence structure, composition, and critical analysis of texts.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate student performance through essays, tests, projects, and participation, providing constructive criticism and feedback to aid improvement.

Classroom Management:

Create and maintain a supportive and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation and fosters intellectual curiosity.

Communication:

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to discuss student progress and collaborate on educational strategies.

Professional Development:

Engage in ongoing training and workshops to stay current with educational best practices and enhance personal language skills.

Qualifications
