Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons that improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate fosters a positive learning environment and adapts teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, reading comprehension, and writing skills Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and presentations Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement Maintain classroom discipline and a supportive learning environment Develop teaching materials and use technology to enhance learning Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities Communicate regularly with parents/guardians (if applicable)
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Teaching certification/license (as required by the institution) Strong command of spoken and written English Good classroom management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in English or Education Prior teaching experience (school/college/online) Experience with ESL/EFL students Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to motivate and engage students
