We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English

to join our academic team in

Nanded, Maharashtra

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to middle and secondary school students, fostering a love for literature, language, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support. Develop and implement creative teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles. Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and extra-curricular activities. Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to ensure holistic development of students. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in English with a

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

. Minimum

2 to 5 years

of teaching experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputed school. Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
