Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team and inspire students in their academic and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the English language, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to students across various grade levels (or specific grade level). Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and educational standards. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and other assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall academic experience. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate student progress to parents. Stay updated on educational best practices and trends in teaching English.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Teaching certification or equivalent (if applicable). Proven experience in teaching English at the appropriate level. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process. Knowledge of the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
