Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach middle school students (Grades 6-8). The teacher will be responsible for developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills while fostering a love for literature and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum. Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, comprehension, creative writing, and communication skills. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to diverse learning needs. Integrate interactive teaching methodologies, including role play, group discussions, and presentations. Assess, record, and report on student progress through classwork, assignments, and tests. Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in improving language proficiency. Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage students' participation in debates, elocution, drama, and literary activities. Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and school events. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school functions.
