Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated

Middle School English Teacher

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to students in

Classes 6, 7, and 8

, nurturing their reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills in alignment with the school's curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that align with curriculum standards. Teach grammar, literature, vocabulary, writing, and communication skills appropriate for middle school learners. Encourage critical thinking and promote reading comprehension through a variety of texts including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and drama. Use diverse instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Design and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote respect and responsibility among students. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and school events. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities. Stay current with developments in English education and integrate best practices into teaching.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Teaching certification/license (as per local requirements) is desirable but not mandatory for freshers.

Experience:

Experienced teachers are preferred, but enthusiastic and qualified freshers are also welcome to apply.

Experience with [insert curriculum, e.g., CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE] is an added advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Ability to engage and inspire middle school learners. Effective classroom management and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and a positive attitude toward continuous learning. Technologically proficient and comfortable using digital tools for instruction

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
