We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

English Teacher

to join our dynamic faculty team at

IDPS Karhal

. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of English language and literature, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire young minds.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for primary or middle school students (as per PRT/TGT role). Design creative activities that help improve reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. Prepare and evaluate student assessments and provide constructive feedback. Foster a love for reading and writing among students. Maintain records of student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or relevant field. B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (freshers with good communication may also apply). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in lesson planning and classroom engagement techniques. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and use of digital tools in classrooms.
