Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Train students in

Spoken English, Employability Skills, and Life Skills

Conduct

interactive classroom sessions

Help students improve

communication, confidence, and interview skills

Prepare

lesson plans

as per FEA curriculum Conduct

mock interviews and group activities

Track student attendance and performance Maintain basic records and reports Support students in job readiness and placements Follow FEA rules, values, and teaching standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred) Good command of

English and Hindi

Passion for teaching and mentoring youth Basic knowledge of

computer usage

Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

Skills Required:

Good communication and presentation skills Friendly and motivating teaching style Ability to handle a classroom effectively Willingness to learn and grow
