Curriculum Implementation:
Follow the academy's curriculum and integrate both academic and vocational skills training.
Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with market requirements and job-readiness needs.
Student Engagement:
Motivate students to participate actively in learning activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one support for students who need additional help or guidance.
Assessment & Feedback:
Assess students' progress through regular evaluations (tests, quizzes, projects, etc.).
Provide constructive feedback to students on their strengths and areas for improvement.
Maintain records of student progress and performance.
Career Guidance:
Guide students on career options, resume writing, job interviews, and professional networking.
Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized advice to help students secure employment.
Workshops and Training Sessions:
Organize and conduct workshops or training sessions on job skills like time management, problem-solving, and communication.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with fellow teachers and management to ensure the smooth running of the academy.
Regularly update the academy on student progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Participate in meetings and provide input on improving the academy's programs.
Professional Development:
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in teaching and employability skills.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Experience in teaching, training, or working with youth, especially in skill development.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, ability to motivate, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and communication.
