Job Overview:

Labour India Public School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Teacher with an MA in English and B.Ed qualification. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to student development, and able to create an engaging learning environment that fosters strong language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to students as per the school curriculum. Develop lesson plans that meet learning objectives and cater to diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student performance through classwork, assignments, and examinations. Create an interactive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere. Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement. Maintain accurate records of student progress and report regularly to parents. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills among students.

Required Qualifications:

MA in English (mandatory) B.Ed (mandatory) Strong command of English grammar, literature, and communication skills Prior teaching experience (preferred) Ability to manage classroom activities effectively Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms (preferred)
